Due to the overwhelming amount of accounts we have.
If your account remains inactive for 60 days.
It is deleted from our system!
Our handmade offerings are available to you through wholesale, to sell at your shoppes, on or off the net! Also accepting Crafters that want to add a variety to your shows or booths!!!
Please take note that most of our items are hand-made right here in our prim home, therefore items will vary in color, shape and size. However, each item will be described as best as possible. Also, our scents may change at any given time due to the manufacturers. That also goes for the botanicals that we use. We always strive to offer new items to replace items that have "retired"!
Please watch for email after you have placed your order (be sure and check those spam boxes as well). Communication is KEY to insure your transaction goes smoothly!!
Method of payments:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover (via Pay Pal)cashiers check and money orders. Please note if paying with check (please email me before you send your payment), your order will NOT be processed until your check has cleared my bank. Usually 7 days sometimes sooner.

Shipping and Delivery: All orders are custom made fresh (unless stated) and require prepayment Most orders may take up to 10 Business Days.
Damaged items: If you chose NOT to purchase insurance, damages are NOT the responsibility of Olde Corps Primitives. I do offer the option to purchase shipping insurance. It typically runs $2.50 per $100 . However, if it happens with the insurance, It must be reported within 3 days after your receive your order, so we may file claim with our carrier on your behalf. We will investigate the claim and apply credit once the carrier gives us credit. If it`s just one item such as tarts, It`ll be credited to your next order or shipped out right away!
There are NO refunds on products that are custom made.
Products will not be shipped until a full payment has been received and processed.
